Quiet awareness I - an extra large original painting

'Quiet awareness I' is a dramatic and vibrant interpretation of a sunrise at the beach on the Coromandel of east coast New Zealand.
The clouds glowing with colour seem to deflect from the islands below but are also reflected in the calm and still morning sea below.  This is an extra large watercolour, measuring 1m width when unframed, around 1.3m when framed.
It evokes a sense of urgency to take action with your life now, because later never comes. You are the creator of you life, you are not here to accept your circumstances, you are here to live a beautiful life.

Visiting a beach any time of the day is like taking a powerful yet calming and nourishing breath for your mind, but at sun rise, everything is heightened. Exhilaration and inspiration flood your mind and body as you feel the colour and drama of the land and sky seep into your soul. Your truth is then exposed if you're open to seeing that you are enough exactly as you are. You are complete. You are worthy.

Awareness is a powerful tool that keeps on evolving and enriching our experience of our time on earth the more we practice it.
